12/7/2016- Sophomores Brooke Finnegan and Jerricka Lindsey were awarded All-League Honors from the Big 8 Conference. Each were named to the All-League 2nd Team.
Finnegan ended her MJC career with a total of 360 digs (6th in Big 8, 35th in state) and 4.68 digs/set (5th in Big 8, 25th in state).
Lindsey led the team in aces both her freshman and sophomore year. For the 2016 season, she earned a total of 39 aces (5th in Big 8), .49 aces/set (3rd in Big 8, 49th in state).
Both Finnegan and Lindsey will be transferring academically in the fall of 2017 to Long Beach State and CSU Stanislaus, respectively.
