Job Description
 Salary Range: ​Starting at $11.05 Hours:​ Part-time position (Approximately 21.5 hours per week, Monday- Friday) Department/Program:​ Operations/Recreation Supervisor:​ Reports to Site Supervisor and/or Field Supervisor.
 Stanislaus County Police Activities League personnel are employed on an at-will basis. Employment at-will may be terminated with or without cause and with or without notice at any time by the employee or Stanislaus County Police Activities League. 
 Definition The incumbent shall work well under pressure; meet multiple and sometimes competing deadlines.  The incumbent shall at all times demonstrate cooperative behavior with colleagues and supervisors.

Under the supervision of Site Manager and/or Field Supervisor, to act as park or school facility Recreation Leader for the implementation of an after school program, including meeting program objectives and participating in program activities.  Examples of Duties- ​Under the direction of the Site Manager and/or Field Supervisor, duties may include, but are not limited to the following:

 A. Follow Stanislaus County PAL/School District policies and procedures. B. Implement all daily activities of an after school program as assigned, including carrying out program schedule, participating in all program activities, monitoring and enforcing rules and regulations, maintaining a safe environment, completing and collecting any necessary paperwork. C. Assist Site Manager/Field Supervisor in carrying out program objectives and collecting relevant data. D. Assist in implementing school rules and procedures. - 1 -
  E. Instructs youth in rules, models appropriate behavior, strict adherence and enforces rules. F. Exercise sound judgment in addressing behavior problems. G. Maintains appropriate customer service at all times. H. Exhibits enthusiasm for the program. I. Ensure facility and equipment is in a safe condition. J. Maintain and submit reports and records as required. K. Issue and control equipment and supplies. L. Attend meetings and training sessions as required. M. Perform custodial maintenance tasks when required. N. Travel and substitute at other program facilities when required. O. Other related duties as assigned.

 Requirements
 A. Minimum of eighteen years of age at date of hire. B. Must be available to work days and evenings throughout the week and weekends as assigned. C. Must possess valid California Driver License, clean DMV, and have reliable transportation. D. Must be a high school graduate or have a GED certificate. E. Must pass Stanislaus County PAL background check. F. Must pass the No Child Left Behind (NCLB) test or have completed 48 units or more of higher education.  G. Must provide three valid certificates:  1. Tuberculosis Clearance. (This clearance must be provided at least one week from hired date) 2. Job Summary :
 
Local area almond processor is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Clerk for their Livingston facility.  Under general supervision coordinates all received incoming and ships outgoing product, materials, or supplies, Individual responsible for the accuracy of shipping documents and verifying receiving receipts with open orders. Position will primarily entail data entry. Notify supervisor or Plant Manager when major discrepancies occur.  Shift will be morning shift.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Areas of responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Prepares daily report for all sales order entered on previous date.
  • Checks orders put in shipping box against report and print those that are missing.
  • Check in system when orders are processed to print allocation of product and give to shipping manager.
  • Responsible for writing special instruction on orders and make sure all markings or labels written down.
  • Make pallet labels for some outgoing shipments.
  • Receive calls from trucking companies to make pick up appointments.
  • Research freight rates and schedule any needed trucks.
  • Dispatch trucks.
  • Change product locations for inter-company transfers.
  • Schedule Daily phyto and USDA inspections.
  • Complete all paperwork for shipped orders and ship out in the system.
  • Fax Bill of Lading to customers.
  • Coordinate product and paperwork coming to and from each division.
  • Distribute work to forklift drivers when necessary.
  • During the season-Weigh truck in and out, get copies of paperwork, receive product into the system, schedules USDA and coordinate samples being pulled from each load are correct.
  • Follow all company safety, hygiene and work rules.
