Become a Medical Assistant: Apply Now
Submit your application online for MJC's Medical Assisting Program. This program prepares students to take the national certification exam offered by
the AAMA to become a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA). Medical assisting students
at MJC receive transferable college credit for coursework.

Find your future in the MJC Fire Academy- Apply online by June 26th
Modesto Junior College offers a California State Fire Marshal approved Fire Academy program twice per year, during the Fall & Spring semesters. The Fall 2023 Fire Academy will begin on August 12, 2023. The application period is now open! Complete pre-requisite courses this summer just in time to apply! Classes start May 8th at MJC. Register now for EMS 350 (First Responder w/Healthcare Provider CPR) and FTECH 301 (Principles of Emergency Services).
