Welcome to the Modesto Junior College Carl Perkins V site.
The Carl Perkins Act, also commonly referred to as "CTE Perkins", is a federal act that supports resources for instructional programs and services for the success of students from "special populations" enrolled in Career & Technical Education (CTE) programs. Special populations include to students who are
- economically disadvantaged,
- limited English proficient,
- student with disabilities,
- single parents and displaced homemakers, and/or
- non-traditional gender representation in the discipline of study

2022-23 Perkins Professional Development Request Form is Now Open! Please complete the online application below and submit for review by the MJC Perkins Team. Requests will be reviewed for merit and application to the Carl Perkins V Act.
