Mission Statement
The School of Behavioral and Social Sciences empowers students by cultivating critical thinking skills, understanding social structures and relationships, and fostering imagination and creativity in its courses. Our students are inspired to become ethical, inclusive, compassionate, knowledgeable, and informed citizens ready to engage in a constantly changing world.
Description
Programs in the School of Behavioral and Social Sciences study people. They help solve social issues and improve quality of life by studying how societies and social subgroups have operated in various times and cultures, study and analyzing the way individuals act and acted in response to their society, and explore various methods of inquiry.
