California residents will pay an enrollment fee (tuition) for each unit they register. Students who qualify for the California College Promise Grant fee waiver (CCPG), or for Dual Enrollment (junior high and high school registered for less than 11.5 units) will benefit from waived tuition. Fee waiver status must be established before registering for classes.
Tuition and Fees
Financial Obligation & Payment
- MJC has partnered with Nelnet Campus Commerce to create a payment plan which helps students meet their financial obligations with monthly, interest-free payments.
- Student's are responsible to drop classes by the deadline on the Class Schedule. Failure to attend class will not release students from this financial obligation to Modesto Junior College.
- Failure to pay all fees may result in restrictions to prohibit class registration, access to services, or the transfer of the student account to an authorized collections agency
