Six University of California (UC) campuses participate in the TAG Program which is open to all California Community Colleged Students. UC Davis, UC Irvine, UC Merced, UC Riverside, UC Santa Barbara & UC Santa Cruz all participate in the TAG Program.
What is ASPIRE SMART?
Accelerated STEM Pathways through Internships, Research and Engagement
SMART assists transfer students with their path into STEM. The program is a collaboration between Stanislaus State and local Community Colleges (Modesto Junior College, Merced College, and San Joaquin Delta College). A transfer student from one of our local Community Colleges and is declared in one of the following STEM majors
- Computer Science
- Geology Mathematics
- Physics/Physical Science
Benefits of participating in SMART
Free school supplies & fun social activities. Access to our SMART transfer advisor and peer mentors. Regular access to Stanislaus State STEM faculty
Meet with CSU Stanislaus SMART Representative
Elizabeth Monroe, STEM Transfer Specialist meet in person or via zoom
Fall visits will be split between east and west campus, student peer mentors will host table meetings. STEM Specialist will meet with students and give classroom presentations. Graziadio Business School
Accepts California IGETC and CSU courses for transfer into their Bachelor of Science in Management (BSM) degree completion program.
Their online program is unique because it does not have prereqs, nor does it require a business calculus or a lab with natural science course.
